Lead Hill Government and Services

Lead Hill's water and wastewater utilities are operating far below their capacity, serving both Lead Hill and South Lead Hill. The city purchases water from the Ozark Mountain Regional Water Authority. Two storage tanks hold 201,000 gallons, and the city is now using about 30 percent of its capacity.
